1. Data Controller

The data controller of the personal data in the "ViStatus" application is its Creator / Owner.

2. Collected Data

During registration and use of the Contractor account, we collect the following data:

• Email address (necessary for login, communication, and identity verification)
• First and last name / Company name (displayed on project business cards)
• Multimedia materials (photos uploaded as work progress updates)

3. Purpose and Retention Period

Data is stored in a secure cloud exclusively to provide the service of sharing progress with the Investor. Photos and project information are kept until the Contractor deletes the account or the service is discontinued.

4. User Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access your data, request its deletion, rectification, and transfer. All requests can be submitted via email provided on the admin platform. The standard response time for GDPR requests is up to 30 days.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We share selected public project data with your Investors (only those to whom you send a unique view link). We do not resell data, email addresses, or photos to external advertisers or third parties.
