1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the "ViStatus" mobile application and web platform, which is used for managing and reporting construction progress to Investors.
2. Contractor Account (Freemium and PRO)
- The free account allows managing a maximum of 1 active project at a time. To create a new project, the current one must be closed (archived).
- The status of an archived project is final and cannot be edited in order to maintain the integrity of the history for the investor.
- The PRO account allows an unlimited number of active projects. Changing the plan requires contacting the application administrator.
3. Project Creation and Data Validity Period
Within the Application, the Contractor can create projects to share work progress with Investors. Each project has a specific data retention period:
- Project data, including related tasks, updates, comments, and photos, are stored in the database as long as the project is active and regularly updated.
- A project that shows no activity (no data editing, adding new tasks, updates, or comments) for a period of 6 months (180 days) is automatically and irreversibly deleted from the Application's database along with all its related resources.
- The 6-month period is calculated each time from the date of the last modification within a given project (the updatedAt field).
4. User Rights and Obligations
The Contractor commits to not disseminating illegal content and to exercising caution when sharing unique access links with their Investors. The user account is strictly private and corporate.
The Application serves solely as an auxiliary tool in communication with the Investor. Any construction disputes arise from separate civil law contracts between the Investor and the Contractor.
5. Main Services
The application provides contractors with the ability to create tasks, update statuses, and upload progress photos, which the investor can view via a generated link with logarithmic token security.
6. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Users will be informed electronically of any significant modifications.
